SHAWNEE STUMP
Technical Project Manager
WHAT ABOUT ME
I tackle obstacles head on and have a knack for nailing down details, but also know when to rise above them. That person you know who is an obsessive planner has nothing on me. Recognizing each team member's unique strengths and helping bring those all together harmoniously, is my bread and butter. I manage risks like nobody's business and am not afraid of, but motivated by challenges. Am I perfect? I wish. What I am is driven to keep learning how to be a better leader for my teams and peers.
A LITTLE HISTORY
Born and raised in Southern California, I moved to Utah in 2014 to continue my educational journey and branch out on my own. I've since graduated with my B.S. in Marketing and have had the opportunity to learn so much more while working in Salt Lake City. I have traveled to Italy, the Dominican Republic, Indonesia, Japan, Germany, and don't plan on stopping there. My diverse cultural and industry exposure has left me humbled and prepared me for the realities of today's global economy.

Project Management
I have over 5 years of project management experience. I also manage a plethora of transdisciplinary projects in my current role.
Strategic Planning
I have designed marketing road maps for multiple different organizations. My experience includes setting specific goals, identifying new market opportunities, gathering data related to internal and external environmental factors, developing realistic objectives, and designing measurement and reporting processes.
Presentations
I am highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Prezi Classic, and Prezi Next. Though my preference is to use Prezi to create presentations as it is a much more dynamic and visually engaging platform. I am also well versed in presentation delivery and have participated in many critical feedback sessions with peers to help all participants refine this skill further.
